PREPARE DELICIOUS DISHES ON ROTTISERY ON THE BBQ fire pit grill
INGREDIENTS
Leg of lamb 1.5 kg (Enough for approx. 4 people)
1 handful of fresh thyme
4 stalks of fresh rosemary
Juice from half a lemon
1 tsp. good chili paste
3 garlic cloves
1/4 dl oil
Salt
Pepper

LEG OF LAMB ON ROTISSERIE
Start by firing up your BBQ fire pit grill and prepare the rotisserie.
Cut the bone out of the leg of lamb.
Chop the thyme, rosemary and press the garlic and put it in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Spread it on the boneless leg of lamb and roll it up, tie it up.
Insert your skewer through and out onto the rotisserie in the bottom notch.
Take the temperature after 1 hour.
60 degrees after 1 hour is very appropriate and it can be removed.
Serve with roasted potatoes, broccolini, cherry tomatoes.
