Payment
At byJEMA, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, company invoice, or bank transfer (for private customers).
We do not charge any card fees.
If you choose a company invoice, prepayment is required before the goods are dispatched.
Payment Reservation
If you use an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds remain in your account until:

The amount is charged when the goods are shipped, or
-
The reservation is released according to your card issuer’s policies.
For custom-made products, where manufacturing starts after your approval, payment is charged at the start of production.
Privacy Policy
We collect the following information when you place an order:

We only register and share the data necessary for delivery.
Your personal data is stored by JEMA AGRO A/S for five years and then deleted.
We work with data processors within the EU or in countries with adequate data protection laws.
They act only on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Responsibility and safety
Responsibility and personal injury
All products from byJEMA are checked and packaged securely before dispatch. The customer is responsible for the correct handling of the products upon receipt, unpacking, and assembly, including the use of appropriate tools and any protective equipment such as gloves.
byJEMA cannot be held liable for personal injury arising in connection with the handling, unpacking, assembly, or use of the products, unless the injury is due to a documented defect in the product or irresponsible behavior on our part.
Shipping and Delivery to European countries
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order (incl. VAT).
We use Interfjord as our shipping provider, who partners with LEMAN, DSV, and other carriers.
Estimated Dispatch Times:

Standard & stock items: Ships within 2–5 business days

Retaining walls: Ships within 5–10 business days

Custom dimensions (after 3D approval): Ships within 10–15 business days
You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped.
Please notice an additional 2–7 days for delivery depending on the shipping provider.
Note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays or vacation periods.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days.
Timeframe
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.
If your order includes multiple items, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
Notify us at 📧 info@byjema.com or use the withdrawal form at the end of these terms.
Refusing delivery without notifying us does not count as a valid withdrawal.
Partial Returns
If you bought multiple items, you can return part of the order.
However, shipping costs are not refunded in case of partial returns.
Returns
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for any damage during transport.
Large or heavy items cannot be returned by regular mail.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
You cannot return:

Items with a clear personal touch
Condition of Returned Items
If the item is used more than necessary for inspection, and its value is reduced, the refund will be reduced accordingly.
We recommend returning items in original packaging to avoid value loss.
Refunds
We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your return or withdrawal notice.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or documentation of its return.

Business Customers – Right of Return
Return within 30 days only upon prior agreement and reference to the order number.
Applies to unused, undamaged items only.
Custom-made or unpriced items cannot be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
A minimum 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Claims & Complaints
Private Customers
You have a 24-month warranty.
If your claim is approved, you may receive:

Price reduction
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time—no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered.
We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The item must be properly packaged, and the shipping receipt included.

Include a detailed description of the issue.
Business Customers – Claims
If a defect arises within 12 months of delivery (under normal use), the issue will be resolved per NLM 94 terms.
JEMA’s warranty and service conditions must be met.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints must involve purchases between DKK 1,110 – 100,000.
