Fair prices – all year round

At byJEMA, the same principle applies every single day:

The price you see is a fair and carefully calculated price.

It reflects:

• materials (steel prices fluctuate continuously)
  
• production in Denmark – at our own factory
  
• the time and craftsmanship behind every product
  

We do not artificially raise prices only to lower them later.

And we do not create temporary discounts that undermine the true value of our products.

This also means that prices may occasionally be adjusted — both up and down — depending on our steel purchasing costs.

Family values and respect for craftsmanship

byJEMA is a manufacturing company.

We design and produce everything ourselves — from the very first drawing to the finished product.

Your products pass through many skilled hands:

• technical designers
  
• production technologists
  
• robot operators
  
• warehouse and packing staff
  

We have great respect for the work behind every product.

That is why we do not lower prices for short-term campaigns.

Exceptions: automatic discounts

There are only two situations where discounts may apply:

Bulk order discounts

For very large orders, the webshop may automatically apply a small discount.

Specific product groups (e.g. edging systems)

In some cases, fixed quantity discounts may apply to selected product categories and will be clearly displayed in the webshop.

These discounts are fixed, transparent, and apply equally to everyone — without negotiation.

No discount codes – not even upon request

We do not offer discounts through:

• discount codes
  
• campaigns
  
• email or phone inquiries
  

This applies to all customers — regardless of order size or how you contact us.

The price you see in the webshop is the price we offer everyone — and we believe that is the fairest approach.

Sustainability over impulse buying

Our products are designed and manufactured to last for many years.

This stands in contrast to the “buy-and-discard” culture often associated with events such as Black Friday.

We believe it makes far more sense to invest in long-lasting quality — both for you and for the environment.
