Quality in steel is not only about materials and material thickness. It is just as much about production, craftsmanship and precision. At byJEMA, it is essential that our solutions perform in practice – not only on the drawing board.

That is why we have chosen to keep the entire production process in Denmark at our own factory. This allows us to work closely with both processes and details.

Production in Denmark

All our solutions are produced in Denmark. This gives us short decision paths and enables continuous quality control – from raw material to finished product.

When design, production and quality control are gathered in one place, we can respond quickly, make adjustments along the way and ensure that the finished product meets our requirements. This applies to both standard solutions and custom dimensions.

Own factory – full control over quality

By producing at our own factory, we maintain full control over materials, processes and finish. This means that we are not dependent on external standards or forced into compromises during production.

This level of control allows us to:

• ensure consistent quality across product ranges
• continuously adjust details and constructions
• work flexibly with custom solutions and customer-specific adaptations

Quality control is not a final step – it is an integrated part of the entire process.

Joints, bends and welds

Often, it is in the details that the difference becomes apparent.

Precise bends, clean welds and well-considered joints are crucial for whether a construction remains stable and retains its shape over time. That is why we prioritise solutions where the material is used efficiently and where the construction supports the applied load – rather than working against it.

Bending is used where it strengthens the construction and reduces the need for joints. Welding is applied where it is technically necessary and is carried out with a focus on strength, durability and a calm visual expression.

Why precision and tolerances matter

Small deviations can have a significant impact in use – especially in modular solutions.

That is why we work with tight tolerances, ensuring that:

• modules fit together precisely
• solutions can be adjusted or expanded at a later stage
• the construction remains stable, even under repeated load

People and machines – the foundation of precision

Behind every solution stand both people and machines. At byJEMA, production is not an anonymous process, but a collaboration between technical expertise, experience and modern production equipment.

Our technical designers and engineers work closely together on design and construction. Here, ideas and requirements are translated into precise solutions, where materials, material thickness and tolerances are carefully considered from the outset.

In production, we use, among other equipment, a large laser cutting machine that ensures uniform and precise steel plates – a crucial foundation for all subsequent processes. Bending is carried out both on robot-controlled press brakes for high repeatability and on manual press brakes when working with custom dimensions or special adaptations.

This gives us the flexibility to handle both series production and individual solutions without compromising on quality.

When the products are finished, our experienced packing and shipping team takes over. Here, correct handling, packaging and dispatch are ensured, so that the products reach the customer in the same condition as when they leave production.
