PREPARE DELICIOUS DISHES ON THE BBQ FIRE PIT GRILL
INGREDIENTS
2 large red bell peppers
3 cloves of garlic
50 g almonds
3 tbsp lime
3 tbsp oil
1 good teaspoon of oelek
A little grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Attach your hooks to the vegetables and onion and tie them to the top of the stand and let them hang 10 cm above the hole.

Roast the garlic on the grill plate and almonds in a pan

When the bell pepper, onion and lime have turned partially black on the outside. Remove them from the fire.
The skin of the bell pepper is peeled off and discarded. Place the bell pepper itself in a blender (a mini chopper can also be used).

Peel and halve the onion and add it together with the lime juice.
Add the other ingredients. Blend to a fine, smooth paste.
Serve as a dip or side dish.
