Prepare delicious dishes on the BBQ fire pit grill
Ingredients
1 Chicken, whole
Seasoning butter
40 grams of butter
1 tbsp thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic

Chicken on the rotisserie

Start the fire about 1 hour before you need it.

Prepare the chicken by rinsing the inside and salting it.

Start the chicken on the rotisserie and out on the grill.
Melt the butter in a saucepan with the other ingredients.

After 1 hour and 30 minutes, brush it with a seasoning butter.

Give the chicken 15 minutes more and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with potatoes, pasta or perhaps a delicious salad.
