PREPARE DELICIOUS DISHES ON THE BBQ FIRE PIT GRILL
INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg culotte roast
1 kg potatoes
2 bunches of asparagus
1/5 cherry tomatoes
2 red onions
2 red peppers
Prepare your fire grill, light it up about 1 hour before.
Prepare the potatoes and boil them until tender.
Trim the culottes and cut them into 8-10 cm thick pieces on the short side of the culottes.
Place the culottes on your rotisserie so that it looks like the picture.
Give it plenty of salt and place it on the rotisserie holder.
Prepare the remaining vegetables and mix it together with olive oil, salt, pepper.
Check the temperature of the meat regularly. Take it off when it hits 56 degrees (it took about 30 minutes).
While the meat is resting, grease the griddle with oil.
Place the potatoes on top and squeeze them flat (to make smashed potatoes.
They're done when they're crispy on both sides). When you flip them, you can put a little seasoning butter on them and give them spices or just salt and pepper.
Add the other vegetables and fry them until tender.
Serve to your family or friends.
