• No, we don't. All planters, grills, retaining walls and custom orders come as "assemble-it-yourself". They are delivered in packages or on a pallet in sheet metal parts and must be bolted together on site. Bolts, nuts and cross braces are included.

• The main difference between raised beds and planters is based on the presence of a bottom plate, the way they are modularized and the design will be the same.
• Raised beds are traditionally without a bottom plate as they are designed to be placed directly on the soil. This makes them ideal for extensive gardening where the roots of the plants can grow freely into the soil beneath the bed, providing better access to nutrients and water.
• Planter boxes have the option to add a bottom plate, which offers great flexibility. A bottom plate makes the planter suitable for use on terraces, balconies and other hard surfaces where direct contact with the soil is not possible or desired. This design limits root growth to the inner space of the box and makes it easier to control soil quality and moisture levels.

• When placing on tiles or wood, protect the surface from rust marks for the first few months, as the rust will drip onto the surface in rainy weather. Use weed cloth or painter's carpet underneath at first.

• All our corner planters are "reversible". This means that the "long leg" can be both left and right.
• All dimensions we provide are the outer dimensions of the corner planter.

• When placing on tiles or wood, we recommend a bottom plate. The bottom plate is made of 3 mm galvanized steel.
• There are drainage holes in the bottom plate and the box will be raised approx. 5 mm from the surface to allow water to drain away. The raised bottom plate also minimizes staining on the surface.

• Corten steel lasts up to 8 times longer than regular steel. Corten steel can last outdoors for decades - completely maintenance-free.
• In optimal conditions, corten steel in gardens will last over 50 years, while salty air will negatively affect its lifespan.

• When we process the material in our factory, the material looks like regular black steel. Upon delivery, the steel is still like this, but over the course of a few weeks to months of outdoor placement - depending on the season - the rust layer will slowly emerge. Be aware that corten steel sheets will have a layer of oil film on them, which should be washed off in lukewarm soapy water.
• The sheets do not always rust at the same time, but over time they will even out and become identical. Corten steel changes its color for up to 7 years. Be patient and enjoy the process.

• Galvanized steel is a well-known treatment for steel, where a zinc treatment makes the metal extra hardy and maintenance-free. Initially, the surface will shine slightly, but it becomes more matte as the years go by.
• All byJEMA galvanized steel products are made from hot-dip galvanized sheet metal that is laser cut, bent and bolted together. Don't worry about the durability of galvanized steel sheet. It is extremely durable in the harsh Scandinavian climate, and any scratches - or cuts for that matter - have a way of repairing themselves as the zinc continues to develop a protective layer.

North of Aalborg you can experience our corten steel products at Decoflame in Vestbjerg. You can see CUBY, EDGY, benches and Lazy Lounge. The exhibition is set up outdoors by the entrance, so it can be experienced at all times. A good tip is to come during Decoflame's opening hours - then you can also experience Denmark's wildest showroom with Danish-produced bio fireplaces.
