- Closed welded garden rings: The closed garden ring is already welded together upon delivery, so it is immediately ready for setup and use.
The steel is delivered with a thin oil film, so it is not rusted upon delivery.
Therefore, we recommend a wash with lukewarm soapy water after assembly to remove the oil film. Within a few weeks, depending on rainfall, the rusting process will begin. If one is impatient, the process can be accelerated by a wash followed by a saltwater spray.
