Our Corten steel mower ring creates a level edging strip around trees, shrubs, flagpoles and circular flower beds. It allows the robotic lawn mower to drive closer to the plants, creating a neat lawn edge and reducing the need for additional work with a grass trimmer or edging shears.
The circular flower bed edging creates a clear transition between the lawn and the flower bed. At the same time, the simple shape and warm patina of the Corten steel create a calm and cohesive look in the garden.
The mower ring is designed to fit our Corten steel planting rings. Together, they provide a complete solution: the vertical planting ring borders the plants, while the mower ring lies horizontally around the flower bed and serves as an edging strip for the robotic lawn mower.
Depending on the diameter, the mower ring is supplied in 2, 4 or 8 sections. The sections are assembled around the flower bed or tree, making the solution suitable for existing planting as well.
The garden ring is sold separately and is not included with the mower ring.

The mower ring requires minimal maintenance. Corten steel is designed for outdoor use and gradually develops a dense, protective patina.
🧽 If necessary, wash the steel with mild soapy water after installation to remove any residual transport oil.
🌦️ The surface gradually changes colour from raw steel to warm reddish-brown tones.
💧 To accelerate the patination process, regularly dampen the surface or lightly spray it with salt water.
🛡️ Once the patina has fully developed, it protects the steel, eliminating the need for paint or any other surface treatment.
Please note that Corten steel may release rust-coloured water during the patination process. Protect light-coloured paving and other delicate surfaces during the initial period.
