Create your own outdoor kitchen

Whether you just need extra space beside the grill or want a larger outdoor kitchen, CUBY lets you choose the modules that work for you.

The worktop module provides space for chopping, preparing and serving food. Add a sink module if you'd like to rinse vegetables or wash your hands without going indoors. The sink requires a water supply and drainage connection.

A practical space for outdoor cooking

Having a worktop next to your grill makes preparing meals much easier. You can keep ingredients, utensils and serving dishes nearby, with enough room to get everything ready.

Think about how you'll move between the grill, worktop and sink, and make sure there's space to work comfortably. Positioning the kitchen near your outdoor dining area also makes serving food easier.

Galvanised steel with a natural grey finish

Galvanised steel has a protective zinc coating and a soft grey finish. Small variations in colour and texture are normal, and the surface gradually becomes more matt over time.

The grey steel works well with timber, paving and greenery. It also pairs nicely with black details or other galvanised steel products, such as CUBY planters.

Placement and installation

Place your outdoor kitchen on a firm, level surface, taking sunlight, wind and access from the house into account.

If you're adding a sink, plan the water supply and drainage before installation. Remember to drain and protect water-carrying parts from frost during colder months.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the galvanised steel with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild cleaning product suitable for the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the zinc coating.

Use chopping boards when preparing food and heat-resistant mats for hot pans. Keep the sink and drain clean, and follow the care instructions for each component.
